The giants in the Bernheim Forest are made of recyclable materials. March of 2019 brought the unveiling of The Forest Giants in a Giant Forest at Bernheim Arboretum and Research Forest. The family of three - and one on the way - will call Bernheim home for at least three years. Using only recycled wood from the region, Danish artist, Thomas Dambo constructed Mama Loumari, Little Nis, Little Elina, and the third baby Giant, who is currently living in Mama’s Bernheim Arboretum & Research Forest is located at 2075 Clermont Rd., Clermont, KY 40110 and is open daily from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Thomas Dambo loves hiding his giants in nature so that folks kind of have to go out of their way to find them (like Leo the Enlightened, who only a handful of people have stumbled upon). I have some awesome news for you: this isn’t the case with the Bernheim Forest Giants.
The trail with the Giants is definitely the most popular. Once we saw all 3 giants, walked around the lake, we took a different trail back to the visitor center. I suggest taking a picnic, plenty of tables.
